I adored working with Lauren. She is empathic and truly knows how to hold space for someone. She always held space for me, created a safe container and followed my flow for my healing. There were times I asked her to do a specific meditation and she did. There was so much about Lauren's sessions that I truly enjoyed. She just created such a caring space every time we met. She's an amazing coach.
