Breathwork is a modality in which we use conscious continual patterns of breathing to achieve transformation and deep healing.
We live in a world where we are often stuck in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) and experience stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Breathing intentionally and rhythmically activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) which helps bring the body back into balance.

What to expect during your breathwork session:
During your Zoom session, we will discuss what your intention is for the session. Next, I will explain the breath pattern we will be using, and make sure you feel comfortable with it. Then, you will lie down as I guide you through a brief meditation, about 25-30 minutes of active breathing, and a short period of rest and integration. I will then guide you back into the present moment.
Sessions are about 60 minutes.
